DCA Doors: Internal Structure

The internal section is made of a rigid structure of high density polyurethene, which provides a high degree of thermal and acoustics isolation (4 times higher than a standard wooden door). It is also made of two steel sheets, 1mm thick, with a lacquer treatment on both sides of the door. As a final panel, it has two steel sheets with a finish treatment in accordance with the customer's requirements. Finally, in the external side, the staves are 2mm thick and made of extruded aluminium.
